It would have been an easy 4.5 stars if you hand-drew the bullets or made them look "normal" in this image. Here, the bullets look pixelated.

First off the maturity rating is too low. It's at least a T rating due to use of tobacco.

I liked how you detailed the skull and how she's tipping over to her back.
This is a nice picture. I don't know what else to say about this.
